What is the differece between a Sprain and a Strain?

Sprain:

Abnormal pulling or minor tear of a Ligament


Strain:

Abnormal pulling or minor tear of a Muscle


Can you strain or sprain a tendon?

I typically say, " You have strained your tendon".
